Peggy was born and raised in Hong Kong. She comes from a multicultural household and is proud of her Chinese, British and East Indian roots. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
In 2003, she visited Vancouver for an aviation training program and immediately fell in love with the breathtaking natural beauty of the city and its surrounding landscapes. The place reminded her of Hong Kong but with its own uniquely Canadian charm. After her 18 months course was completed she decided to stay in the area so that she could see more of what the city and the beautiful province of British Columbia had to offer. She wasn’t disappointed. She eventually decided to make Vancouver her home and start a new life here.
In 2011 she immigrated to Canada. She started out in a “cozy” 600sqft rental basement which she shared with her young daughter. While not her so-called “dream house”, it was a place to call home. It also motivated her to work hard so eventually she could afford the home she always wanted.
And that is exactly what she did. Peggy obtained her real estate licence shortly after coming to Canada. Since then she has thrived in a very competitive industry by maintaining the confidence and trust of her clients who know she always has their best interests in mind and will never sacrifice integrity to make a sale. Her commitment to her clients was recognized in 2016 when she received the President Award.
Peggy has experience in many areas of real estate, from pre-sale condominium unit sales to large-scale commercial property with over $88 million in sales value. This experience has given her an invaluable insight into the real estate industry in Metro Vancouver and allows her to draw upon a diverse list of contacts to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.
Peggy’s passion and dedication to her job is obvious from the moment you first meet her. When she is not running her busy real estate practice, Peggy enjoys spending time with her growing family, singing Karaoke with friends, going on outdoor adventures, and protecting her impressive veggie garden from a horde of hungry bunnies.
碧芝（Peggy）在香港出生並長大。她來自一個多元文化家庭，為自己的中國、英國和東印度血統感到自豪。她精通廣東話、普通話和英語。2003年，她前去溫哥華參加一個航空培訓項目， 並立即被這城市的多元文化背景和攝人的環境深深吸引。18個月的課程結束後， 她決定留在當地，去更加深入了解這個地方。而於2011年, 她決定移民加拿大, 在這裡展開她的新生活, 建立屬於她的「家」。
